
THE ASSIGNMENT™ MASTER SERVICE AGREEMENT
(Including Get Booked Solid™, Let Them Eat Cake™, Visibility Equalizer Intensive™, & Other Services)
This Client Service Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to The Assignment™, Get Booked Solid™, Let Them Eat Cake™, Visibility Equalizer Intensive™, including any digital assets, consulting, strategic coaching, visibility work, automation builds, or implementation support delivered by Company or its approved collaborators.
By submitting payment, enrolling in any service, or scheduling sessions, Client agrees to all terms in this Agreement.
1. PROGRAM & SERVICE SCOPE
The Company (and authorized collaborative providers such as BrandSmash Studios | Deonna Lindsay-Lewis & The Image Brand Company LLC | Nikki Curry Media Division) may deliver Services including but not limited to:
Core Experience & Brand Architecture
• Let Them Eat Cake™ World-Building Coup Session (3-hour private intensive)
• Get Booked Solid™ strategic coaching for positioning, bookings, and client acquisition
• Visibility Equalizer Intensive™ (average 4–6 hour 1:1 deep-dive clarity session)
• Brand identity, messaging, voice architecture, strategic positioning, and offer ecosystem mapping
• AI Brand Army Asset – custom AI assistant trained using Client’s brand voice, strategy, and messaging
• Strategic Visibility GAP & ROI Audit, Client Journey Mapping, Audience Analysis
• Access to Holy Grail of Wicked Messaging™ Self-Paced Course
• Delivery of the World-Building Bible™ (custom brand architecture blueprint in PDF format)
Includes (where applicable)
• Worksheets, templates, implementation maps, messaging scripts, and frameworks
• Personalized Visibility Roadmap
• Session recordings (where included)
• Coaching support for visibility, positioning, messaging, AI integration, brand transformation
Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to:
• Complete all pre-work, questionnaires, assessments, or strategy intake materials
• Provide accurate information
• Attend sessions on time and actively participate
• Implement strategies independently (Company is not responsible for execution)
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials
1A. GET BOOKED SOLID™ PROGRAM CONTENTS
The Get Booked Solid™ component includes:
• Weekly Group Coaching Sessions via Zoom
• Full online training platform access including scripts, templates, workbooks, business positioning tools, and booking frameworks
• Six (6) months of platform access through LEAD Sales Engine for CRM, booking workflows, client messaging, and automation setup
• Access to recorded coaching sessions for ongoing review
• Community support via live Q&A and interactive digital forums
• Booking System Blueprint, including client journey automation mapping and lead conversion strategy
Client acknowledges that successful results depend on implementation, visibility, participation, visibility actions, and follow-through.
2. DELIVERY & PLATFORM ACCESS
• Program modules are released weekly over a six-month period.
• Client receives six (6) months of included platform access via LEAD Sales Engine, including CRM, automations, AI integration, and strategic configuration.
• After six months, platform access renews at $97/month unless canceled in writing.
Platform usage-based billing applies for SMS, email, AI token use, automations, and integrations per published rates at:

3. PROGRAM FEE & PAYMENT TERMS
Total Program Fee: $8,000.00 USD
Includes Let Them Eat Cake™ Session, Get Booked Solid™, Visibility Equalizer Intensive™, six months of platform access, AI Brand Army asset, Visibility Consulting, and strategic deliverables.
• Client is responsible for full program payment regardless of participation level.
• After six months, platform access continues at $97/month unless canceled.
• Usage-based fees are billed separately according to LEAD Sales Engine’s platform pricing.
• Payment may be made via Stripe, Klarna, Afterpay, debit/credit card, ACH, or approved payment plan.
4. PAYMENT INTERRUPTION & DEFAULT
If Client fails to make required payments or initiates a cancellation, chargeback, or reversal:
• Services, platforms, and deliverables will be suspended immediately
• Company may accelerate contract, making all remaining fees due immediately
• Client agrees to pay $500/hour for dispute documentation and administrative time
• Client is liable for arbitration, legal, and collection costs
This clause is enforced as liquidated damages, not a penalty.
5. WARRANTY
Company and collaborative providers will perform Services in a professional and timely manner consistent with strategic consulting standards. No outcome-based promises, business results, media placements, or revenue targets are guaranteed.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & OWNERSHIP
Client Owns:
• Final brand strategy outputs (World-Building Bible™, messaging maps, visibility audits, brand voice identity guides)
• AI-trained voice data and files created using Client-provided information
Company Owns:
• All proprietary frameworks, tools, strategy systems, AI training structures, prompts, naming methodologies, messaging frameworks, automation logic, and consulting assets
• All course materials, recorded content, assessments, language maps, and training systems provided
Client receives a non-transferable personal-use license.
Client may not reproduce, resell, teach, distribute, white-label, or modify Company methodologies without written permission.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding business data, proprietary strategies, trade secrets, AI system data, client lists, intellectual property, and any shared strategic methods.
Confidentiality obligations survive contract completion or termination.
8. RECORDING POLICY
Sessions may be recorded for internal use, training, or quality consistency.
Company owns these recordings. Client may receive access where included but may not distribute, publish, or share recordings without written permission.
9. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Company provides strategic coaching, consulting, and system development support but does not guarantee specific financial, media, enrollment, business, or revenue outcomes. Results depend on Client execution, implementation, visibility, and market conditions.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including financial losses, revenue impact, reputational issues, or strategic misapplications.
Maximum liability is limited to the total amount Client has paid under this Agreement.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party is liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including illness, natural disasters, emergencies, system outages, pandemics, or regulatory shifts.
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association.
Governing Law & Venue:
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Virginia, with exclusive venue in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
13. ATTORNEY FEES & COLLECTION COSTS
The prevailing party in any legal or arbitration action shall be entitled to reasonable attorney fees, legal expenses, and collection costs.
14. ASSIGNMENT
Neither party may transfer or assign this Agreement without written approval from the other.
15. SEVERABILITY
If any part of this Agreement is found unenforceable, all remaining provisions remain intact and enforceable.
16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement supersedes all prior proposals or agreements. Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

By submitting payment, enrolling in Services, or scheduling Sessions, Client confirms full acceptance of this Agreement.
